I have been asked to brew for a wedding :mug:
He want's (the groom) an easy drinker for the majority of the people invited
I don't want to just brew a non flavor homebrew at 4-5%, I want to show the complexities of homebrew beer flavor ;) or should i stick to what the groom wants:confused:
Any suggestions or recipe's?
I was going to brew this:
11 gallon recipe
15lbs of 2-row
2lbs of Flaked Corn
2lbs of Flaked Rice
1.5oz of Cascade at 60
1.5oz of Cascade at 5
Nottingham Yeast

Looks like a pretty solid cream ale. It's great for a BMC crowd. I might switch that yeast though with S-05.

Here's a link to a cream ale I've made before. I did it with some good late hop additions of willamette, I love that floral quality it leaves. And it was great for a BMC crowd.
