going to brew a Bavarian Bock from austin home brew, I cant lager so I was going to pitch windsor ale yeast or a wyeast belgium strong ale yeast, I am not really sure what kind of yeast to use. Any ideas?

Maybe a good Kolsch yeast? That might impart a more lager-like quality to the beer. I, personally, would avoid a Belgian yeast since that will definitely leave it's mark. Of course, that could make for a pretty interesting beer.

I have used the Saflager S-23 before for a Bock recipe. Although, I didn't have lagering temperature (room ~73F), the beer ended up pretty clean without off taste.

Tex Law, they have this strand at AHB, is that what you are referring to
White Labs California Ale WLP001

most yeasts at 60-65F will be nice and clean.

if you can maintain those temps, you could use nottingham, cream ale yeast blend, san francisco lager...all of those will make for a fantastic brew
