Hey All,

Can anyone point me to a list of grains that can and cant be steeped. This way I can convert AG recipes to extract or PM. If I need to.

Thanks in advance!
 
Most specialty grains can be steeped. Just look at the recipe, use DME for the base grains and steep the speciality grains.

Awesome! I have the book so thank you for pointing that out. I read the section about grains about 1 year ago and forgot it because I do extract kits mostly.
