Hey everyone.

I made a 4L batch of hard apple cider last August and bottled today.

4L 100% Apple juice;
2 cups white sugar;
bakers yeast.

In the beggining

This is the first thing I drank brewed by me, I did the meads first but they are still aging, and i think it tastes great. A bit like white wine but the apple is definitely there.
 
Nice looking cider. I never did the bakers yeast route. Nothing like letting it sit to bring out the flavor
 
Thanks :)

I used bakers yeast because I was saving my D-47 for the meads.
The taste is ok but I think with some more months it will be even better :)
