Went to look at my keezer and discovered this. I assume its bad but not sure what is wrong exactly. If the picture isn't clear the entire body of the regulator is frozen.

That sometimes happens when you use your tank for an extended period. At the brewery I work at, I notice some frosting when we are carbonating. Perhaps you have a leak that is causing it. Check all of you junctions with some leak detector or some star san in a spray bottle.
 
Did you replace all the seals and put a little keg lube on them. That usually fixes my seal problems.
 
It ended up being the keg seals. I took for granted that the supposedly refurbished and tested keg from the LHBS would hold a seal. Won't do that again. Trust but verify from now on I guess.
