If I am kegging and using my CO2 bottle for forced carbonation, should I add extra sugar to the wort at boiling?

My thought is that since I am not adding sugar at kegging for carbonation, my ABV will take a slight hit.

I know there are TONS of factors to consider, but will adding a half cup or so of extra corn sugar hurt? Or, am I over thinking on this?

Priming sugar will add about 0.25% ABV. Recipes rarely take the priming sugar into consideration. If maximum ABV is critical to you, go ahead and add the sugar.
