Hi,

I've been making extract kits for at least 10 years and decided to go AG.

I'm slowly building up my equipment for AG brewing, but it may not be completed until the end of the year.

My wife bought me a couple AG kits from NB (crushed grain) for my birthday.
They should arriving in the next couple days.

Since I won't be able to brew AG until the end of the year or first of next year -- will it affect the quality of the grain after a 6 - 8 weeks?

Thanks for any feedback.

Rick

hopefully they are packaged in airtight bags, if that's the case, 6-8 weeks shouldn't make a world of difference, keep them in a fridge or freezer (if the bags are airtight). I do it

Sounds good -- thanks for the post.
