Post pics (preferably) or descriptions of problems and pests you encounter in growing your own hops. Then they can be identified here, later to be added to the pests thread, or removed from the threat list...
 
I'll start.

anyone have any idea what these are? I have MANY. Not sure if they are even a problem, but I have seen them all over, including crawling in and out of cones.

Lady bugs (also called Asian lady beetles) are what you've got. They prey on thrips, aphids, mites, etc. so they aren't a bad thing (as far as I know).
 
cool. I have never seen that stage of their life cycle 'til now.

Okay, friend then. Unfrotunately they did not eat enough of my aphids...

Give them time. One of the major factors in using predatory insects as a portion of your IPM is to have habitat for them.
