Hello everyone. I am brewing an extract/specialty grain brown ale. My goal is to add a bit of a honey flavor. I have done all the OG calcs with the extract fermentables. I know that honey is a sugar and therefore fermentable. My goal is to add some honey, possibly after high krausen, to impart some flavor without increasing the abv substantially. Just wondering what others have experienced regarding this method. How much would you all recommend? Thanks
