Does anyone have a tried-and-true (or damned close) all grain recipe for Chimay Blue?

There's a lot of clones on the web and I am looking for one that is a near-match.

Has anyone brewed this and if yes, what is your recipe and notes?

I read a thread on here a week ago using search, and someone had a recipe that probably a dozen brewers tried and they all thought it was dead balls. Now I can't find it. If someone knows of this thread PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE link it here!!

Chimay blue is a belgian quad, try this recipe. It has years of trial-an-error behind it. I made it at the end of Dec and it's still 1 month into the 2 month aging in secondary, but it tasted amazing going into the secondary. I can't wait to try a bottle in a few months.
