Hey all. Was wondering if anyone in AZ has good knowledge of local cider or honey. I've googled local farms and what not, but would like to hear from someone who has experienced their products. Looking for good sources to make cider and mead.

Sorry, still searching myself. I've hit several farmer's markets and such in the area and 1/2 gal of cider (pasturized, no other additives) going for $7, one gal of honey $65!!!! Unless doing a native variety like prickly pear, I end up at the grocery but still get great results. Best of luck and let us know if you find a local source!

I'm not from AZ, but I also have no way of getting fresh juice to make into cider. Consider this though: Costco does sell 1 gallon jugs (in groups of two) of apple juice that is both filtered and not from concentrate at a good price.
