Our Local Brewery is the Olde Saratoga Brewery. It's a contract brew house owned by Mendocino. They do Medocino, Saratoga, Kingfisher, Smaltz (Hebrew and Coney Island), and lots of others. Our Homebrew club meets there and the Club members give tours on Saturday. So I got to go over today and learn the tour. I'll be up for a 3 hour shift next Sat. Afternoon.
