Next Sunday = BIG BREW!

Yes I am very much looking forward to next Sunday. It Is expected to be a sunny 24 c (roughly 82 F?). I have my brother in law coming over plus a life long friend. I have the Apfelwein that I am gonna Rack. We are making Three batches of Morgans IPA, 2 batches of Morgans Pilsner with Saaz. And a single batch of Blue Mountain Lager.

Then after a day of Hard work I will be preparing Mesquite Smoked Beef Ribs and enjoying a few bottles of homebrewed Amber Ale and Pilsner.

Next Sunday can't come fast enough.

Sounds like a pretty good weekend. I am looking forward to Monday..... I have to bottle my Belgian Honey, brew my American APA and hook up a batch of Apfelwein.

Will probably throw a few steaks on the grill and enjoy my blueberrry hefe or my belgian wit.
