So tonight I tried my Cherry Wheat, just to see how it was after 2 weeks and 3 days of bottle conditioning.

Three cheers for extremely green beer.

I might just give this one another 2 weeks before I try it again. Could BARELY taste a -hint- of cherry, and I used an entire 49oz can of oregon cherry puree in the secondary as well as 2oz of cherry extract at bottling time.

give it a little time. i've never used cherry, but i had a blueberry ale that i just kept adding extract to because i couldn't taste it. after it sat in the keg for a few weeks i could really start tasting the blueberry and before i knew it the blueberry flavor exploded and ruined the beer.
