Trouble assembling faucet/shank

Hi all, ive been fighting with this for about an hour, so i decided to ask for some input. The shank is through the door and everything is tightened down as much as possible, but when I hook up the line to my corny liquid starts dripping out one of the collar tightening holes (the bottom one) Im thinking it might be a problem with them matching up or something, but ive taken it apart and put it back together about 3 times.

Any input?

oh, and im using the midwest refrigerator conversion kit if it matters
