This is my first, all grain brew. Amber Ale.
I think it looks great, and man, the taste is outstanding! My only regret is, I only made a 1 gallon batch.

Yeah, it was my first all grain batch, and I don't have a mash ton, so I cut it down to a 1 gallon...but i know the recipe is a good one, so I'll make a 5 gallon batch next time.

2 year old export stout, a bit overcarbed. aroma a bit cardboardy but that dissipated and it tasted good

Perfect for a Texas Summer

My first recipe. I call it Citra Moon. It's the blue moon recipe with late Citra hops and citra dry hops. I like it a lot and it has been well recieved.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone
lighting isnt perfect. Not as red as this pic makes it, color is 7.5 SRM.

Great for drinking while grilling balsamic vinaigrette soaked chicken





I will have to go pick up some Sierra Nevada pale ale for comparison

Here's my 7.3%ABV 2 week old Kettle Sour Saison. She's tart, spicy, delicious and not at all boozy. This one could be dangerous.
