Would it be possible to put my kegerator behind a wall and have the taps come out of the wall? Do I just need a longer shank? How do I keep the beer cool that's in that 24 inches of shank?

A look behind the wall

I want the taps to come out above the bar and left of the light dimmers.

build a wooden box on the fridge side that spans the gap between the wall and the fridge. this will cut down on shank length and cooling needs. make 2 holes in the fridge wall and matching up to the wooden box, put a computer fan in one of the holes to draw fridge air into the box and back into the fridge. extra length on your beer lines can be coiled in the box keeping your fridge looking neat also.
