My Harvest Ale

Here are some pictures of the Harvest ale i brewed with the oz of nuggets i got from my 1st yr plant.

It was a late night brew so i was kinda lacking on pics of the boil and such.

Here is the receipe that my LHBS suggested since the 1st year nugget doesn't have that high of an AA%.

Grains
Victory - 0.66 lbs.
Munich - .5 lbs.
Cara-Pils - .5 lbs.
Chocolate - .25 lbs

Extract
Super Light Liquid - 2.33 qts

Hops
Perle - 1 oz (Bitter60min)
HomeGrown nugget - 1 oz (aroma15min)

Nottingham Yeast

*The aroma when i threw in the nugget was amazing!*
