Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has tried to clone this beer? I recently had some down in Atlantic City and it was pretty good. Heres what I'm thinking so far for a 5 gallon batch ...

Pale Ale Malt 7.5lbs
Vienna Malt 1 lbs
Crystal Malt 10L .25 lbs

1oz Cascade Hops for 60 min
.5oz Cascade Hops for 10 min

Wyeast 1056 American Ale

Its basically a modified version of Edworts Pale Ale. Then I plan to secondary with mangos for about 3 or 4 weeks. What do you guys think? Any ideas, or am I on the right track? I think I'm going to scale this down to 1 gallon test batches and just make up like three or 4 next weekend.

PS This is pretty much the first time Ive tried to clone anything, so I figure its a learning process. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you ever try this? How did it come out?

I'm sitting here drinking a mango drink and figured I'd search to see if anybody has made a mango PA. That's how I found your thread.
