I have a batch of Apfelwein that was bottled at the end of May. It never carbed up, and is completely flat.
I now have a kegarator with 4 taps, but only one beer ready to serve. I was wondering what the thoughts are of emptying the bottled and flat apfelwein into a keg to carb and serve.
Based on my searches, more people recommend against going from bottle to keg, but the questions posted were properly carbed beer, and concerns were risk of oxidation. Being apfelwin, and it being flat, I don't see this as much of an issue, but wanted some input.
I still have over a case of it, because it is less appealing without any carbonation.
thanks as usual.
