It's not an oatmeal, RIS or dry stout. However, to get to this style we kind of had to go similar to a cream/sweet/milk stout on our journey to it

Hint: it meets the German Purity Law, though is not necessarily German...
That's what I thought also. This is by far the most brilliantly clear brew I've made. And since I took the pic, it's far from professional. Thanks though!
