Doing an ale/lager split batch

Brewed with Soulive today to see if we could figure out his efficiency woes.. He hit something like 92% brewhouse so I think he's doing great.

I'm calling this one Dr. Jekyll American Lager and Mr. Hyde American Blonde. I made sure the recipe fell within both BJCP styles. I won't put them in the database until I taste them.

with the cool/innovative/experimental stuff you've been doing in the brewhouse, I keep waiting for a post that says you're taking over as brewmaster at some cool micro brewery. I have to wonder if your talent is being wasted at your 'day job' :)
 
Where do you think I think this crap up? Certainly not on SWMBO's time. I think almost anything you could be paid to do, dare I include brewing, would feel too much like work anyway. I also don't think I could stand the pressure of producing 200+ gallons of drinkable beer in a session. Thanks for the compliment though!
