For those of you who subscribe to BYO... or are über knowledgable...
How do you feel about the lack of krausen while using Fermcap-S and how it affects the removal of brown hefe. BYO had an article about brown hefe and how it is extremely stringent and bitter and how you really don't want it in you beer. If our fermentations no longer have a large krausen because of the fermcap drops, is the brown hefe staying in our beer, and is it affecting our brews?
