Yea they look about ready, i'd pull a few off and peek inside and see if the lupulin is formed in the cones yet
 
I have several types, 8 to be exact. Those are nugget. Cracked one open and lots of yellow lupin - smells great. They are papery a crunchy when I squeeze them. I'll let them go a bit, but if any start to brown on the tips I'll havest.
 
If you gently brush the cones with your index and thumb against the grain, lots of the small cone leaves should fall off.. That's one way to tell.

Also, take a few cones between your hands and crush them / rub them hard.. then smell them. Do this everyday couple of days and you will see the aroma getting more and more pungent..
