:cross: I've done this Hefe recipe with good results, but there doesn't seem to be much head retention. Is there something I can do for that? Could I change this to a Partial Mash to increase head?

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier (from Beer Captured)
6 lb. Muntons Wheat DME
1 oz. German Hallertau (60 min)
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen

Steep some Cara-Pils prior to adding your extract and boiling. 1/2 lb or so might make HIGE a difference in head retention.
