I pitched about 3 hours ago and I have signs of fermentation already...bubbles coming out of the blow-off tube and a thin beige cake starting to form...but...what is this stuff?!?! The stuff I'm referring to is the "cloudy" looking stuff floating just under the surface.

Any ideas? I'm thinking it might be cold break that hasn't sunk yet, but I really dunno.
