So I picked up about 10 ounces of Hallertau in a bulk hops buy so that we could go ahead and get the order pushed through. I have never really used these hops and don't have alot of experience with substituting hops but have found that alot of the recipes I am looking at doing for fall use Tettnang.

The alpha acid looks around the same and I know they are both European noble hop varieties (I think), just wondering if I could sub this out or if there were other good options to use up all this Hallertau. Thanks for the help folks!

It won't be quite the same, but it should work out alright. Tett can be a bit more pungent/spicy, but they are both noble varieties. This is a good resource when subbing hops.
