Had our annual Christmas Party, thought I'd brew for roughly 70 people. I swear over a dozen people asked to buy a 6-pack from me when it was all said and done. I mean hey, I thought it was delicious.

5 Gallon Yield

Malt: LME
6.3 lbs Gold Malt
1 lb Munich Malt

Grains:
1 lb English Medium Crystal
1 lb Crystal 90L
1 oz? Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Black Tea (Condrells.com for $3.75. I got it at a local store for $2.99). Smelled delicious and thought why not, not a tea drinker. Got hints of it in every sip.
1 tbsp Coriander uncrushed
(put in steep with rest of grains)

Hops :
1 oz Us Golding (60) mins
.5 oz Mulling Spices (1) min
(From northernbrewer)

Extras:
1 whole Orange peels ( 8 ) mins
1 1/2 tbsps Cinnamon Sugar (5) mins

Yeast: Safale S-04

Time: 6 weeks

Abv: Came out close to 5.5%

I bought a simple Scottish spiced winter ale extract kit from NB for that $14.92 deal and added the rest. Not sure price now, nor if buying individually will save you a few bucks or not.

Cheers!!
