When I was in Nepal this spring I had some local rice beer called Chhaang or Chang. Delicious! they said it was related to Korean rice beer.it was white cloudy and yeasty and more like beer than wine.
Anyone made or heard of this? Looks like close to the original rice wine thread but not exactly.
