Hello all!! I kegged for the 1st time on Friday. All went well. I set the pressure on 12 and purged of oxygen several times. The beer is in the fridge and staying steady at 12 PSI. I pulled a small sample tonight and it tastes quite well. Could this honey nut brown be ready already?

That seems kind of fast but if there are little bubbles floating up the beer and you have a good head and you like it then it's your call! I usually force carb for 36-48 hours at around 25 psi and then turn off the gas bleed the pressure off the keg and reset pressure to 12 and it's close to being ready. 2-3 days.
