Hey gang... I'm working on my latest AIPA recipe and am seeking your feedback.

0.75 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 5.66 %

0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 3.77 %
0.25 lb Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 1.89 %

1.00 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (60 min) Hops 43.0 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -
1.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (30 min) Hops 19.5 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (15 min) Hops 15.2 IBU

Mash at 154 for 60 min.
 
90+ ibu's... Sounds delicious.. :)

As far as the recipe goes, I can't see any real issues with it, but I'm DEFINITELY no expert on recipe critique.

I know the Columbus, Cascade, Centennial combo is tried and tested so the hop flavor and aroma will be awesome...

As far as the grainage is concerned, it all looks pretty standard to me. Good luck! :)
