So I just brewed up a wit using a PM:

1 pound 6 row
.5 pound carafa special
.75 pound terrified wheat
.5 pound oats

Then added 7.5 punds wheat lme.

1 oz crystal hops at 60 (2.5 %)
.25 citra at 60 (12.3%)
.25 citra at 40 (12.3 %)
1 oz bitter orange at 4
.75 oz coriander at 4

Wyeast Belgian Wit yeast

Original gravity for a lil over 5 gallons was 1.060. I added the extra shot of citra at 40 because I realized the gravity was going to be a bit higher.

I think I might add sassafras extract judiciously in the secondary...

So tell me... will this be any good? Think the sassafras will meld in nicely? Have I created a monster?
