To strain or not to strain....

Looking for an opinion:

Do you guys strain your cooled wort when going into the primary (hop particles, etc), or do you just dump it all (except the trub) into the primary?

Any reason for either one?
 
I do, for two reasons. First, I just like getting the trub out. Personal preference on that. Second, I don't have an oxygen stone and hate shaking the fermenter. Straining does a great job at instantly aerating the wort.

It's not a necessary step, but I like it for my personal process.
