i just got a pound of challenger hops 6.1% for a sweet deal ebay:rockin:20.50 shipped....


what are some good recipes??

There's a great recipe for Coniston Bluebird that's just two-row, a handful of crystal, and just Challenger hops. I made it with S-04 and it was terrific - maybe the most popular beer I've made. It's from either Clone Brews or Beer Captured, but I found the recipe via Google.
