I'm trying to clear out some of my inventory of hops and decided to come up with a really hoppy hybrid beer. Let me know what you think of this thing:

That's kinda what I'm going for. Plus, I want a real hit of aroma to the nose. I may decide to dry hop with some Cascade instead.

There is an "e" missing from "home" in the website address. That will fix it up.
 
Along the lines of your option of using Cascade to dry hop: I vote you leave as is, but ALSO add the Cascade (about 1.5 oz) in for dry hop along with the Willamette!!

I like that idea. IIRC, i believe I did that once and the results wee good. Thanks!
