I just attempted my first decoction today and it was on an Oktoberfest.

The smell of the decoction 20 min into the boil of it was amazing.

Here is the recipe. note the yeast...........................shazaam! my secret yeast guy got this for me. As far as I know it is not avaliable for purchase anywhere.
