I'm trying for something like Adventis, any suggestions?

I'm assuming 70% in my system, and hope to have an OG of 1.076.

I also have S-33, would that be a better choice for yeast?


Prepare Ingredients for Mash
Amount Item Type
5 lbs Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain
5 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain
5 lbs Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain

Mash Ingredients
Mash In: Add 5.08 gal of water at 170.1 F
60 min - Hold mash at 154.0 F for 60 min
-- Drain Mash Tun
-- Batch Sparge Round 1: Sparge with 5.06 gal of 168.0 F water.
-- Add water to achieve boil volume of 7.39 gal
-- Estimated Pre-boil Gravity is: 1.066 SG with all grains/extracts added
Boil for 60 min Boil Ingredients
Boil Amount Item Type
60 min 1.00 oz Sterling [7.50 %] (60 min) Hops

-- Cool wort to fermentation temperature
-- Add water (as needed) to achieve volume of 5.50 gal
-- Siphon wort to primary fermenter and aerate wort.
-- Add Ingredients to Fermenter
