Hey guys,

I've just acquired a large amount of tettnanger hops (about 12 oz dry weight) for free. I'm fairly new to the hobby and would love some suggestions for a good recipe that will highlight them.

Thanks for your input

If I had some Tettnanger I would probably brew a Belgian pale ale. I brewed one a couple months ago with Styrian Goldings that came out pretty good, but I would use a different yeast next time. The WB-06 I used really muted the hop character. I would probably go with WLP515 next time.

Thanks for the suggestion...That sounds tasty. I also found a recipe for a Belgian Abbey that looks good. I'm very quickly learning how different strains of yeast will have dramatically different results. Lot's to learn but I'm really having fun with it.
