I dunno...I thought it was interesting.

For those who're interested, this beer is named EEPA ZING, it's probably one of my best brews to date. It's a heavily hopped IPA made with the juice & peel of 2 grapefruits, 2 limes, and 2 oranges. Unfortunately, it's a bit past it's prime, and it's also a bit overcarbonated, but it still makes for a neat picture. When it was about 2 months old, it tasted like fresh, citrusy, grapefruit peely delicious juicy hoppy goodness. Oh man I miss that.

This recipe definitely isn't the one I used, I used a Lot more grain & stuff. But for some reason I changed it and never put it into my main beer document. But you can get the basic idea.
I used 1056 yeast, it ended up 7.33%, the hops listed are what I used.

5 lb Munton’s English 2-row pale malt
5 lb Belgian 2-Row Pale Malt
3 lb Turbinado
2Grapefruit, 2Orange, 2Lime (Fruit & Peel)
4 oz Chinook
4 oz Cascade Hops
2 oz Simcoe hops
