Seems to me Amazon is going to have the best price. $80 w/ free shipping. Before I pull trigger though, I thought I'd check around here to see if anyone knew of a better source.

Thanks for the info!

I brew with a keggle and use this:
http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc...splay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053

Works great and is $30 cheaper.

What size batches? I use keggles and have a burner like this one. It has worked very well for 5 gal batches. Tried my 1st 10 gallon yesterday and it really struggled to get to boil. So i am also looking at upgrading to something like the kab4. Oh and to be fair it was windy yesterday and 40 degrees out, which didnt help.

I thought the SQ-14 was underpowered as well. I have since went to electric.

I haven't done a 10 gallon batch yet, but I've boiled 7 gallons in it pretty quickly.
