I was planning on brewing Jamil's APA tomorrow but something has come up and I may need to hold off until friday. I had my LHBS mill 12.75 lbs American two-row, .75 lb Munich malt. I am storing it in my brew kettle in a cabinet in my garage ~80*.

Will my grains be o.k. if I store them until friday or do milled grains need to be used quickly?

I'd try to put them in a more air tight container, but they will probably be fine. Maybe try to use some plastic wrap to make a seal on the pot.

I should have been more clear. They are in a garbage bag and the bag is in my kettle.

You willl be fine, just make sure the grains are air tight and keep it away from any moisture..

You will never know the difference..
