I realize my brewing books are lacking, so I've been
wandering over to the AG threads, and trying to figure
out the processes involved...... over that of extract.
I suppose I'm going to shoot for partial mash until
I have a keggle with a false bottom.
What I'm curious about is how you guys are
coming up with these % values you call efficiency.
What exactly is the mark for?
