Hi guys;

I just wonder If I use the 20 L catering water boiler for mashing. Its cheaper than mashing boiler and they both seem mechanically same to me. catering boiler has thermostat on it so when I find the correct temp. thermostat can do rest and keep same temp for me. Also its 7.5 gallons so much more what I need.

This is what I am talking about

Isn't 20 liter just a little over 5 gallons? The 30 liter might be more your style.

Sorry I have no input on this....
