I’ve brewed it twice. First time with San Diego Super yeast (which I preferred) second time with Nottingham.

7988 + 10 = 7998

8018 + 20 = 8038.

Two 10 gallon batches YEARS ago, then started modifying it slightly to create my own house pale ale. Truly a serious inspiration for hundreds thousands of homebrewers. Thanks again, BierMuncher!

8038 + 15 = 8053

1st batch was a year ago, 2nd batch brewed per recipe, 3rd swapped hops around (still carbing up)
2nd batch - was so so after 2 weeks of carbing (set and forget method), after 3 weeks, getting a lot better. Next batch will be using us-05.Thinking this will be come my house beer. Thanks BierMuncher.

8053 + 10 = 8063

Two 5 gallon batches this summer. First batch with Nottingham, the second I used California ale yeast. I served it to a non beer drinking crowd and they loved it.
