Is it ok to use spring water that has never been opened that was processed by carbon filtration, micron fitration and ozonation without boiling it to wash yeast with?

I don't see a problem with the water. I think the point with boiling the water in the containers was more to deal with the sanitation of the jars and equipment to protect the Yeast when it came into contact with it.
