Very Smokey yet tasty. Could Have backed of on the carapils a bit
IPA Recipe

7 lbs Rahr 2 row
1 lb Breiss Carapils
1 lb German Munich
1 lb Crisp Amber

Heat 3 Gallons of strike water to 170 degrees.Mash for 1 1/4 hours.
Sparge with 3 and a half gallons

Bring Mash to a boil and boil for one hour.

Hops:

Add 2oz Northern Brewer at beginning of boil
Add 2 1/2 oz of homegrown hops with 15 min into boil
Add 1oz Glacier 40 min into boil
Add one whirflock tab 40 min into boil
Add 1/2 tsp of yeast nutrient 45 min into boil
