I know poor efficiency is a common topic on this board, but I just wanted to share my excitement about my great efficiency. Currently boiling for a 7 gallon batch of a British Brown Ale and the pre-boil gravity was way above target for my pre-boil gravity. I am even a little worried about it being too high for the style. I am very pleased with my setup since this is my second AG attempt and it's working out great. I'm just havin a great time with all this and wanted to share my excitement.

If the gravity is too high, dry hop with cascades & call it a Texas Brown.

Efficiency is good.
