Raspberry grape concentrate?

I am just about done making a twisted mist strawberry margarita wine for the wife now she tells me she wants a raspberry wine if I can. I found a raspberry grape concentrate and want to know if I can make just a 3 liter batch with just adding water, sugar, and yeast? Is this possible or do I have to add any chemicals. I read the hard lemonade threads and some people are using other things and some people do not. I just want to try this before making a 5 gallon batch.

Any thoughts?
