I opened a few of my maple wheat bottles this weekend, and I think they're all bad. They gush out about half of the beer, and if I open slowly I can see all this junk floating around, like flakes of something. They taste like gasoline despite 8 weeks in the bottle. I forced one down and ended up puking. I'm ticked, it tasted so good when I bottled. Funny, I've never had sanitation trouble.
