So we just finished our third and final Partial Grain batch of beer (finally ready to move on to AG :D). It was a Brown Ale with molasses, beet sugar, and maple syrup out of Sam Caligones Extreme Brewing book.

Our OG was 1.078 and our TG was 1.005 :drunk:

So my question is what should be our minimum bottle conditioning time before we open up the first one for a sample? Don't want to waste any beer due to premature opening.

I would say wait at least 6 weeks in the bottle before sampling. With the ingredients you put in there, you have some pretty complex flavors that need to meld.
